We want you to feel confident and excited about starting your singing journey with us!
Before Your First Lesson-
If you change your mind before your first lesson has taken place, we're happy to offer a full refund on your package — just get in touch with us as soon as you can.
After Your First Lesson-
Once your first lesson has taken place, your package is no longer eligible for a refund. We put care into preparing and reserving time for each student, so we ask for your understanding on this.
If you have any concerns about your lessons at any stage, please reach out to us directly- we're always happy to talk things through and find the best path forward together.
Casual Lessons Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident booking with us, so here's how refunds work for single lesson bookings.
More Than 48 Hours Before Your Lesson-
If you need to cancel, just let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson and we're happy to offer a full refund.
Within 48 Hours of Your Lesson-
Once we're inside the 48-hour window, that time has been specially reserved for you, so we're unable to offer a refund for cancellations made this close to the lesson.
If anything comes up, please reach out to us as early as you can — we're always happy to help where we're able to.
