Studio, Packages and Lesson Policies:
We want lessons to feel supportive and stress-free for everyone - here's a quick overview of how things work behind the scenes.
Lesson Plans & Payment-
We know plans change! If you ever need to pause or end your recurring lesson plan, we just require two (2) weeks' notice so we can adjust our scheduling. Your final payment will process as normal during that notice period - thank you for understanding.
Cancelling Individual Lessons-
Life happens, and we're happy to work with you - just let us know at least 48 hours before your lesson if you need to cancel. Because that time is reserved especially for you, cancellations within 48 hours will unfortunately still be charged, and we won't be able to offer a make-up session for that slot.
Late Arrivals-
We always try to give every student their full, focused lesson time, so lessons will still finish at the scheduled end time even if a student arrives late. We'd love for you to get every minute you can, so please do your best to arrive a little early and settled!
Changes Made by the Studio-
Our teachers are dedicated artists and sometimes need flexibility too. From time to time, a lesson may need to be rescheduled or a fixed weekly time may need to shift - we'll always try to give as much notice as we can, and we appreciate your understanding when this happens.
Liability-
Your safety and wellbeing matter to us, and we take care to create a safe learning space. That said, Quiet Constellations and its teachers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during lessons or on the premises. By enrolling, students (or a parent/guardian, for younger students) agree to this condition.

Booking Your Lessons-
Casual lessons don't come with a reserved weekly time slot - instead, you'll book each lesson online based on whatever times are available that week. We recommend booking ahead where you can, as popular times fill up quickly!

We're so excited to welcome you for your free 30-minute trial lesson! Here's a quick overview of how things work.
Booking Your Trial Lesson-
Trial lessons are booked online based on whatever times are available that week. We recommend booking ahead, as spots fill up quickly! Each new student is welcome to one complimentary 30-minute trial lesson.
Cancelling or Rescheduling-
Life happens, and we're happy to work with you - just let us know at least 48 hours before your trial lesson if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us offer that time to another student. Trial lessons cancelled within 48 hours may not be able to be rebooked.
Late Arrivals-
To make the most of your trial, we always try to give every student their full, focused time - so the lesson will still finish at its scheduled end time even if you arrive late. We'd love for you to get every minute you can, so please do your best to arrive a little early and settled!
